Perhaps I'm a little slow to comprehend things. BUT. Bear with me. When I signed up and I'm able to post- That was only part of it? I need to wait for a little longer before I become a legitimate member? Or perhaps is there a thread that I cannot find?

Alright. I'm dumb. Get over it. Why is it that I cannot speak in Global on the server? It just says that I cannot speak on Global, but I've gotten everything down and stuff.
